An Unforgettable Experience in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 My trip to the Dominican Republic with Global Travel LLC was truly an unforgettable experience. What made it so special wasn't just the destination, but the incredible people I met, the friendships formed and the genuine sense of community throughout the trip. As a solo traveller, one thing I really appreciated was how welcomed and included I felt. At no point did I feel left out or overlooked. I felt genuinely looked after, and there was always a sense of togetherness that made the whole experience even more special. Travelling alone can sometimes feel a little daunting, but this experience was quite the opposite. There was so much love, laughter, positive energy and connection. Being surrounded by such wonderful people made it feel like more than just a holiday. It was an opportunity to celebrate life, meet amazing people and create lasting memories. While the Dominican Republic itself isn't somewhere I personally see myself returning to, that doesn't take away from the fantastic experience I had or the beautiful connections I made. Overall, an amazing trip filled with unforgettable moments, wonderful people and, thank you to Global Travel LLC for making a solo traveller feel so welcome and part of something special! ❤️

I had a wonderful experience and met so many wonderful people. My only expectation was more organized outtings (like maybe a meet and greet on day one)but with this unique group, I can understand why it would have been alot! Maddie was very personal and I was so surprised I had an opportunity to hug, take pictures and talk to her, that made the trip worth more than GOLD! it was like being with my cousins but on vacation, After having such a rough year, its just what the doctor ordered. I cannot wait for the next trip!

i had a good time plenty of food i didn’t like that the pools closed so early even on the adult side hoping that will change for the future i enjoyed my party and i will tell people they should go to this resort

Alrighty so this was my first time traveling with the mob. I will say hands down the people made the trip for me. The energy of this bunch was on point in my opinion. Theeee TS Madison was per usually a lovely soul. Only critique i’d have is planning. There was an itinerary buhhh it gave very much free form lol. I also would have loved more group activities. I feel we didn’t get to utilize most of the perks at the result. Example it woulda been soo freakN awesome to have like a bowling night with Maddie and the mob. Granted she was booked n busy. I think it still would have been super clutch! Communication definitely could have been upD. It wasn’t giving one band one sound buhhhh it was still tea. My hope is that for the next shindig there will be a tad bit more organization and solid communication. I’d also like more group activities. Overall not too shabby. If the group I got to meet happens to travel again I’d definitely be down for a retry 🙃

Reflecting on my own experience and conversations with other travelers, I have to say that this trip did not meet my expectations. I was very disappointed with how the itinerary was executed and the lack of communication surrounding it. My overall takeaway was that the expectation was for everyone to be at the beck and call of the planner and the guest of honor. Quite frankly, that is unacceptable. People took time off, spent their hard-earned money, and made arrangements to be part of this experience. There should be some consideration for the travelers as well. I was also disappointed with how my hotel issue was handled. Leggra specifically asked us to give the hotel an opportunity to resolve any concerns, but also encouraged us to reach out to her if we needed additional assistance. I did just that, only to be told, "You’re in the islands. There is never a sense of urgency." I found that response dismissive and unnecessary. I travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, including throughout the Caribbean, so I understand that service standards and cultural expectations may vary depending on the destination. However, that does not mean reasonable guest concerns should be brushed aside. Additionally, no one followed up to see whether my issue had been resolved. The hotel and its staff were generally great, and that is the reason for the two-star rating. Unfortunately, the overall planning, execution, and communication surrounding the trip left a lot to be desired. Added comment: I wasn’t seeking individualized attention. I was seeking a well executed trip. Your response further validates my review.
