Baby, it's giving SNOW and MOUNTAINS

February 18-21, we're shutting it down at Harrah's Hotel &b Casino Lake Tahoe for a few days of skiing, snowboarding, and pure Funky Bunch chaos. Yes, we said skiing. No, you don't have to know, you don't have to ski at all!

Here's how it's going down: you land Wednesday, we scoop you from the airport, you get settled in your room, and THAT NIGHT we're kicking things off with a Welcome Reception. Come meet the Bunch, get your drink, get your life. We'll toast to the "cubicle gurrrls" back home.

Thursday is yours. Sleep in, hit the casino, wander around, whatever — no pressure.

Friday is THE moment. Put on your cute bunny suit! We're all riding the Heavenly Gondola up to the top of the mountain together for THE group photo. Lake Tahoe behind us, snow under our feet, and the Bunch looking unbothered and gorgeous at 9,000 feet. Ski or not! It's up to you. Then that night — We're getting Dressed Down for dinner.

Saturday, do you! More slopes, more casino, more spa, more nothing — your call. Let's meet up for shopping, eat at a local lunch spot, then shut down the casino nightclub.

Sunday, we head home, tired, sun-kissed, and already planning the next one.

Are you interested in skiing? Sample Per-Person Totals in addition to the group package:

• Experienced skier/rider (lift ticket + rental): ≈ $169–$335

• First-timer (lift ticket + rental + lesson, often bundled at a discount): ≈ $250–$400, though bundled first-timer packages usually beat buying each piece separately

Now listen — rentals aren't included, but don't panic. We got you a whole list of spots near the mountain, some of them will literally deliver the skis and boots RIGHT to your hotel room. You don't even have to leave the building.

1. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies. 

2. All payments to Global Travelers LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE within 21 days of making your deposit to protect your money in case you need a refund. COVID-19 just shut the entire world down. Be prepared for the unexpected. 

3. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport!  

4. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current (Automatic payments). 

5. Choose your roommate wisely.  You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  

6. You can log onto Wetravel 24 hours to review your account by using your email or the email of the lead guest.

Make your reservation early to keep your monthly payments low. 

FINAL PAYMENT IS January 15, 2027.

1.  Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability. 

2. All roommates must pay the deposit to reserve the room. 

3. Payments are invoiced through Wetravel.  You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register.

4.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@globaltravelersllc.com.  We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.   

5. Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the group organizers. Packages are not al la carte. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private activities. 

If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable. Global Travelers LLC has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. We like "happy clients"! Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you back in the near future.  See Travel Protection Insurance below.

Covid-19 has taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.  Protect your investment.  Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation or a family emergency arise.  Below is a link to several insurance companies.  We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance policy.  If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should)  most carriers require that you buy the policy within 24 hours to 21 days of the initial deposit.  You will be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance.
